Candace was born and raised in South Carolina, she has been living in California for over 15 years and which makes Northern California her home. If she isn't out notarizing, She spends her time serving on the Advisory Council On Aging As a Board member, Chair of Senior Mobility Action Council; Board And Secretary Of Meals On Wheels Of Contra Costa County, and serving her community at the highest capacity. Candace's Day position is a Legislative Recorder for the City Of Oakland.
She also loves all physical and healthy activities (Hiking, Swimming, Diving, Traveling, Running, Yoga, etc)
Candace extensive background in politics gives her experience Sustainable Economic Development in all areas of Every community.
